How do I book a tutorial session?
Go to Tutorials in the sidebar, choose a lesson, and click Book Now. You will see available times and confirmation steps.
How do I reset my password?
Log out, then go to Login > Forgot Password. Follow the steps sent to your email to reset.
Can I cancel or reschedule a tutorial?
Yes, visit your Profile page and go to Bookings. Select the tutorial you want to modify and follow the prompts.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
How long does delivery take?
Digital products are instant. Physical items typically arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
